Great product and good price!

I take this product as part of a blend of herbs for pain and inflammation. I used to buy a premixed capsule but the cost was substantial this product provides the perfect amount of curcumin I need per dose.One downfall is there is a fair amount of loose turmeric powder in the bottle so you need to make sure to wash your hands immediately after touching capsules or you will turn things orange. Minor inconvenience for a very good product.I highly recommend this product.

Well, that's what I believe it does. Anything to help reduce inflammation (which is the cause of all evil in an aging body) is good for you. I believe the product is worthy and seems to be consistent in each pill form. I will keep taking until I feel otherwise. This is the yellow that you find in curry and is believed to be a natural herb that has these health benefits.

Good curcumen at a decent price.

I am taking 3g of curcumen with freshly ground pepper and granulated garlic and powdered ginger to reduce inflammation and help cure trigger finger. I take it in full fat yogurt and add some smoked Spanish paprika and stevia for flavor. It has bee working and I have regained most of the range of motion and strength in the finger with trigger finger which is the finger next to my trigger finger. Go figure!I've been buying and using this for over a year now and am very pleased with it. Will be buying more soon.

Amazing product- natural cure

I just started taking this 2 days ago and I have already seen an effect. My joints don’t hurt (almost at all) and the swelling I had in my leg, knee, and ankle are completely gone. Plus- deodorant usually doesn’t last for me and this little pill and stopped armpit order! This product is really amazing! IT WORKS!
