I've been taking this product for years, the health benefits is outstanding the energy you received from this product is wonderful. For first time user you must eat well with this product as well as allow this product to be in you system for at less 30 days to see the full benefit from it

Gastroparesis helper for nutients.

Great price and quality would def biy again. I take 4 day shpuld be taking more like 6 immune sustem issues but they have made huge difference. I can't eat raw veggies or fruit this def helps. Most nutrient dense micronutrients out there. It's pressed algae. Nothing bad for you or that will contend with other meds. Worth a try if you have gastropareisis like myself where your not getting any nutrients.

Great value, a 1000 mg per pill !! 😀

I am very happy with the fact that each pill has 1,000 milligrams so if I feel I need more or want more spirulina I can take an extra pill or 2, but I currently only take 1 pill a day since I already take many other supplements... In the batch I received, the pills came in hard, solid form not capsules (for anyone wondering) ... there hasn't been an after taste either, where as spirulina powder tends to taste awful, but that's just me

I've been taking these pills for almost a week and I've noticed that I have so much energy. On the bottle, it tells you to take 3 a day. I was doing that and notice I was not able to sleep at night. So now I'm taking them twice a day, morning 8am and noon 1pm. these pills are amazing. I haven't noticed anything else so far but I'm sure I will soon find out. Researching them, they provide a lot of health benefits. But I mainly needed this energy it gives me> I have a 2yr old and I need to be alert.
