Melatonin is a potent free radical scavenger naturally produced in the pineal gland and present in high amounts in the gastrointestinal tract. It is involved in many of the body, brain and glandular biological functions including regulation of normal sleep/wake cycles, regulation of the immune system and maintenance of a healthy gastrointestinal lining.

Suggested Usage

Shake well. Take 1/4 teaspoon (~20 drops) just prior to bedtime. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage..Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

For adults only at bedtime. Not for pregnant or nursing women. May cause drowsiness. Do not use in conjunction with alcoholic beverages, when driving a vehicle, or while operating machinery. Consult physician if taking medication (especially sedatives and anti-depressants) or have a medical condition (including depression, high blood pressure and epilepsy). Contains alcohol. Awesome product

Very good product .My mother was suffering from sleeplessness and was dependent on psychriartic medicines .But after taking this she is hvng sound sleep and no more dependency on medicines.Must recommended.

Very very effective.. this is my first time iam taking this type of supplement.. first I thought this will not gonna work... But after taking this at night...It works.. very good product...And 100% genuine supplement... It will make you sleep like a baby....Note don't watch TV orUse your phone.. Wonderful product

Excellent product. I found it much more efficacious than the pill version. I took it a little ahead of bedtime because it take up to 30 minutes to kick in. It has helped me sleep through large portions of the night, and sometimes even the entire night. I did overdo it a couple of times, and was very groggy the entire next day. I measured out about 15 drops as a dose, having started with 10, but definitely less than a full dropper. You may have to experiment to see what suits your body.The taste and smell is very mildly sweet and vanilla-like and there is no lingering aftertaste.
