Works for Neuropathy

I have a severe case of neuropathy in my feet & have tried prescription medication for this which has horrible side effects and after much research found that alpha lipoic acid is a main ingredient in most brand name supplements that cost upwards of $40. I simply tried this brand of ALE to see if it would help the stabbing pain. After a week I felt relief at night although this doesn't always help. Diet & other supplements & exercise are also necessary. I recommend this product especially for Neuropathy issues
