Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats that are naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils. They're more easily and rapidly digested than other types of fats. MCTs are readily absorbed from the GI tract and are metabolized very quickly by the liver, where they are reported to encourage the use of fat for energy rather than for storage. Numerous studies suggest that substituting MCT oil for other fats in a healthy diet may therefore help to support healthy weight and body composition. MCT oil has naturally occurring fatty acids caprylic acid (C8:0) and capric acid (C10:0).

Suggested Usage

Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily. MCT oil can also be used as a substitute for conventional oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking. Not recommended for use in frying due to low smoke point. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.

For adults only. MCT oil may cause GI upset. To reduce this effect, take with food. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

The only MCT oil that didn’t upset my stomach

By far the best McT oil I’ve used; no bad flavor, zero smell, and it’s the only one that didn’t cause stomach issues using it, and it helps with my keto lifestyle. I put this stuff in my coffee and protein shakes, and it does the job well.

Great for burning belly fat!

I’ve been using it faithfully since the beginning of this year. Dropped 35 lbs and it suppresses my appetite when I add it to my morning coffee. Eating less but not starving myself and feeling really good. Working for me and one bottle lasts a few months so it won’t break the bank. I chose the unflavored but love how it tastes with the cream and stevia/monk fruit liquid sweetener. Delicious.

Scent free and taste free

I cannot talk about long term health benefit because I only used it for a couple of weeks. But I like the fact that it is scent free and taste free. It is oil, so of course it is floating over my coffee, but it does not add any negative taste.
