Suggested Usage

I've been using these supplement for a while now. I have to say I am very pleased. I initially began taking them because my doctor recommended that I add more potassium to my diet and I hate bananas. I have suffered from kidney stones and have heard that potassium helps to not have a re occurrence and so far I have been healthier than ever. I do think this is in part due to my regular taking of these capsules. I am also an avid runner and I used to get leg cramps occasionally. I have noticed that since I have started taking them regularly the intensity and frequency of them has lowered.
